Ahhh, the event that made me miss the Genting trip. Honestly, you can't ask me which one I would have preferred to go to, cause both are fun in different ways. Oh well, you can't have everything in life can you? So yea, MPPT WAS GREAT! lol.
Kevin Khoo and I were one of the earliest to arrive while the rest were punctual EXCEPT for Kevin Chan. Kevin Chan only made his grand entrance after 8am. Tsk tsk. Then we got speeches blah blah blah I mean how interesting can speeches be? I would say the highlight of the event was when my brother and I were fighting silently over which speed the fan should be set at. You see, the fan was just RIGHT NEXT TO ME so speed 3 would have blown my hair to a terrific mess but my brother who was sitting one row in front of me was in long sleeves and blazer. He finally gave in cause I was right next to the fan and could change the speed whenever I like. Don't mess with your big sister man. XD.
Formation this year was really boring no offense (I still think our year -2005- was still the best teehee). But they gave kick ass souvenirs to the seniors (form 5s la not us T_T). Each prefect had a really nice pewter thing which has their name and positions engraved in it.

They also gave special notebooks. WHO WANTS TO STEAL ONE BOOK FOR ME? *hint hint*. So cool la I really want it.

Ah, the real reason I had to attend this event: to see my brother step down. I couldn't witness him step up last year as I had college so I make up for it by seeing him step down this year. Awesome or what?

Apparently, they put just retired on their backs last year. So this year, they personalised it. This is what my brother's note wrote.

Kevin and I went to pose with him. It is really really hard to get my brother to take photos with me at other occasions so when he is around his friends and he can't say no to taking photos with me, I jumped at the opportunity. I have no idea why brother is so camera shy. Maybe all of the camwhoring genes were hogged by me. HAHAHA! Ok nvm.

Obviously this was the ex Ketua bahagian Ponteng. I used to be the Penolong of this division and my title sounded like this: Penolong Ponteng. ROTFL. Sounds more like I am the assistant to help people play truant.

Five generations of Head Prefects. L-R: Ern Sheong (04/05), John (05/06), Sher Rin (06/07), Ming Ping, which is also my brother (07/08) and Zhu Chuen (08/09).

Needless to say, 5 generations of head prefects rarely gather at one event like this year so this calls for another photograph. Hoho.

Kevin Chan wanted to pose with THE FILE that PKP IIs are entrusted with. YOU DONKEY SINCE YOU HOGGED IT I DIDN'T GET TO POSE WITH IT PAH.

Do you know this dude or did you just simply grabbed him for a photograph? XD

I was smarter. I took a photo of the messages that we left in the file. Too bad I didn't catch Jason's. Sorry! Sigh.
Then we went to visit the school hall.

I am quite sure that most of you guys have heard of the news that our school hall was burnt. The Dynamitez were practising by the way. Doesn't look bad from here right?

How about NOW?

Whoa the scorch mark is so magnificent. Lol. The entire back drop thing is gone! Sigh, we used to run around from one end to the other during performances hidden from the crowd with the backdrop. Sigh. Honestly if you guys had something against the school, go and burn the principal's office la. Why burn the school hall and cause assemblies to be held outdoors where it is freaking hot? Pffttt... use your brains!
After the ceremony, we had a buffet as usual. But this time around, since there was no performance, the buffet was at around 10am. O_o. Obviously the best thing about it was Pn. Mary Ann's chocolate and cheese cake. YUM! OMG I MISSED IT SO MUCH! *drools*. I am now craving for her cheese cake. Heh.
The juniors are pretty much hopeless when we need their help to take group photos of ourselves. Example:

Ng Rui Sheng!! )#($*#)$(*# Asked you politely to help us to take a group photo and the boy turns the camera towards himself. Tsk tsk. I was pretty annoyed with Rui Sheng and Hsien Lee (Yen Ming's brother) that day. Why? I'll illustrate with the following conversation.
Rui Sheng : Where is the other Ming?
Me : Oh in Genting la.
Hsien Lee : EH ISN'T MY SISTER IN GENTING? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? HAHA.
Rui Sheng : Yea la Suh Ming why didn't you join them? Genting is fun wut.
Me : -__________-.
So you guys really didn't have to rub it in. Down here, there were already people zha-ing me. Thanks loads guys. -_-.
Anyways, back to the photos.

L-R: Yean, Victor (yes he was really wearing the prefect t-shirt), me, Kington (who decided to crash the event even though he wasn't a prefect because he stays like 7 doors away from school), Ern Sheong, Kevin Chan and John. Can someone send me the photo of the proper group photo please? This was only half of the big group. Lol.

Hsien Lee. He looks like Yen Ming right?
This event is about the form 5s who just stepped down so I'll show you guys more photos of them ok?

Them with their messages. *squints real hard*. I can't read it. Bleh.

Ahh, that's more like it. I remember feeling very liberated when I stepped down too. Enjoy the rest of your time in school. There's nowhere else like SMKDJ.

Now back to me. This is my blog what did you guys expect? Another example of how Rui Sheng likes to crash my photos.

Four generations of PKP IIs. L-R: Ler Lei (08/09), Jason (07/08), me (05/06), Kevin (04/05).
There was one year (06/07) where there was no PKP II so this is a complete set. XD.

Ng Rui Sheng in the frame again. >=(. Lol. My brother and I were supposed to act like we have just seen each other for the first time in our lives! We thought of the same action. Lol.

My brother asked for another shot. I thought that I have finally got him to the camwhoring side... however... he jumped...to make me look shorter... -________________-. Even my YOUNGER brother taunts me. Its amazing that I am not suicidal yet.

Kevin Chan and I are seasoned camwhores. Anything can be an excuse to take photo. Heh.

Ahhh, I see that the tradition of guys acting gay in SMKDJ has not died. Glad to know that some things never changed. =D. Compare the picture above with the pictures below.

Yea that's really me. -_-. And yes, that is another photo of Yen Ming and I. We go a looooong way. =P.

O.M.G.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA LOOK AT LIANG HOONG AND FIKRI HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
And the photos of the burnt block D as promised.

Bad huh? When I heard the news, I thought that only the end of block D was burnt. Who would have known... LOL. Our school is in dire need of money. I got forced to donate RM 10. Haha!!
