The Nott

Before you guys die of shock...(seriously when I told Wina she said she wanted to like announce it on Facebook or something =.=).

I WENT TO A PUB.

For those who haven't die of shock, I'll continue this post for you guys ok!

Anyway, The Nott is THE pub to go when you're in Clayton. In fact, it's the only pub nearby. What did you guys expect? Clayton is a suburb ok! And dad, really, this pub aren't those like those dodgy ones you get in Malaysia so you don't have to worry! This is more like the Australian mamak (the only place open until 1am). Students here go to the pub every Thursday because it's uni night (Friday's Asian night) and they would then oversleep and miss all of their Friday morning lectures. ROTFL. When I first came here, it really took a while to get used to the level of noise on Thursdays since they also have this weird ritual of "warming up" - basically having a jam session directly above me la. Then at around 10pm, the halls would be quiet cause most of them would have left for the pub already (thank god!). Anyway, like around last month we went to the Nott to check it out.

Jacinda, me, Alexis.

Crashing in.

I uhm... finished my beer already. HAHAHA.

Very unglam. I know.

Ultra unglam. Check out Daryl's face. Rotfl.

Honestly, Meng Jin, I still can't explain why am I always in the middle. HAHAHA.

Riorn's expression. CLASSIC.

The pub actually consists of three area: the bar (duh!), a small area for a live band and dancing as well as an open air area where you can drink your beer under the stars. But we stayed mostly indoors and to the dancing area because it was too packed outside.
My verdict on the Nott: awesome place to be at if you're there with the right crew ;).
Btw, I missed my morning lectures the following day cause we only got back at close to 2.30am.
